Hey. [Sat, 12/19/09 at 4:53pm] linhbihn [ mood | bored ] [ music | Vis a Vis - Melo Breeze ] I'm currently in the process of reading old entries. A blast to the past, you might say. I guess I'm really bored and that is an understatement. I turn a year older tomorrow. It will be two decades since I've taken my first breath. On top of that it will be my golden birthday but it doesn't feel all that golden to me. Unlike the other years, this year I am without anything to spend. Not this year entirely but just at this point in time, which seems awfully ridiculous. But money isn't everything, right? It isn't the root of my problems but then again, it is. Though not at this moment. It's just that I feel like crap. Well, actually I don't know how I feel. I want to feel certain emotions but they don't seem justified so it's not even worth feeling. When has it come down to that? Perhaps it's the position that I am currently in that forces me to feel or rather, to think this way. I wish that there was something distracting. At least it'll be better than moping around the house all day, although, it wouldn't be technically known as moping. GAH! So annoying, really. I want to lose this feeling but why am I hanging on? Why do I think it's impossible yet still want to attain it? Why should I even hope to receive it? Do I really deserve this? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Heh, I guess when you've got everything already, what more could you want... I'm sorry for letting myself go that much. Is it just a phase? If it is then please, let it pass. I don't like being this way. In the end, I'll still be putting on that deceptive smile, hoping that one day it'll sincerely reflect my feelings. 2
